Could i be having haemorrhoids?

I started having some pain while going to the toilet this morning,However i am not bleeding when i P**P!unfortunately the pain has been getting even worst and i cant even stand or sit.Could i be having Heamorrhoids?What should i do?

this doesn’t sound like Hemorrhoids….they burn and itch….when and long after you go to the bathroom……see your doctor…this does sound serious….
